i used 4ply yarn and a 4.00mm hook

I havnt done ant crochet for ages now

i have been making the website for selling my jewellry,

with that and actually making the jewellry, ive just had no time whatsoever to crochet.

I will be teaching jewellry making soon to young ladies so no doubt i will be busy then lol.

I hope all my crochet friends are well and i promise i will be back to crocheting very soon but just not as much as i used to.

I had a foreign pattern for this summer top

although i didnt understand the language i followed the diagram, i didnt understand the yarn used either, it did say to use a 1.75mm hook, but then it would have been wayyyy to tiny, so i used a size 4.00mm hook and cotton DK

The Poem

Here is my finished shrug using Caron simply soft yarn in "watermelon" colour

Thanks to Fiona for the yarn (we had our own private swap)

I think i would prefer this shrug just a tad longer, but it was a fab and easy pattern and i enjoyed it more than the purple shrug i made.
